Yes! Families are welcome to bring their own birthday cake or cupcakes. We provide paper products - napkins, plates, plasticwear - as part of every party package.

Outside food is allowed for private party packages. Please contact us ahead of time if you plan to bring additional food items so we can help prepare the space appropriately.

All party packages include 30 minutes of setup time before your scheduled party begins so you have time to decorate and get settled before guests arrive. If you have the Deluxe Party Styling add-on (not available yet) our team will take care of setup prior to your arrival.

No. Guest counts are based on children attending the party. All minors are expected to be under supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. If you expect more than 40 total guests please coordinate with our team.

Little Sprouts Playhouse is specifically designed for children ages 0–6, with a focus on safe, imaginative, and developmentally appropriate play.

Yes. Any child under age 12 attending and participating in the party counts toward the guest total unless they are non-walking infants.

Yes. Socks are required for both children and adults inside the play areas. We sell grippy socks for $3/pair. Adults can also purchase shoe booties for $1 a pair.

We understand things happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new available date.

• Private Party Room Rental: Decorations must remain inside the party room only.

• Private Playhouse Party: You are welcome to decorate the entire facility.

No confetti, glitter, silly string, or wall adhesives that may damage surfaces. If questions on what would be permissible, please reach out!

Weekend party dates tend to fill quickly. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance whenever possible. If your desired date/time are not showing availability, call our team and we can try our best to accommodate your request.

Simple Celebration parties occur during open play hours and include a private party room. Hosted and Signature Celebrations include private party experiences during designated private event time slots.

Return play passes are free future visits given to party guests. They are a great way for friends to come back and play again with their families after the party.

The Little Sprouts Private Party include private use of the full Little Sprouts Playhouse during designated party hours, meaning your invited guests have exclusive access to the play space during your event.

Little Sprouts Party Room bookings occur during open play hours and include a private party room.

Yes! We kindly ask for food to be kept in sitting areas and hands are cleaned before returning to play. We also have grab and go snacks and drinks for purchase.

Reservations are not required for general open play sessions. However, we may add reservations for special events.

Our play area is designed for ages infant to 6 years old. Older siblings are welcome to help younger ones play as long as they are adhering to safety rules and being mindful of little ones. Children over 6 are not allowed on ride-on equipment or climbing structures. Children up to age 12 will be charged a full price day pass. Children 13+ will be considered an adult.

Two adults/guardians will be free per family. Additional adults, siblings 13 or older, or sitters will be charged $5 each.

Yes, everyone is required to remove their shoes! Socks are required for both children and adults. Grip socks HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for children. Socks available for purchase at counter if you forget. Shoe cubbies will be available at both entrances.

Everyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Upon entrance, staff will check a waiver has been signed for each child in your party. To speed up entrance, please fill out a waiver online before visiting.

For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Little Sprouts Playhouse is a stay-and-play facility, and we do not offer drop-off care. However, we may occasionally host special short-term childcare events—follow our social media or join our email list to stay updated on those opportunities!

Yes! All-day passes allow you to come and go throughout the day. Feel free to explore The Ontario Center stores or grab a quick bite in the cafeteria while you’re here, then return to Little Sprouts Playhouse for more fun—just check in with our staff each time you re-enter for safety and headcount purposes.

Yes. We’ve designed Little Sprouts Playhouse with caregivers in mind, too. You’ll find comfortable seating, line-of-sight supervision, and free Wi-Fi so you can stay close while the little ones explore and play.
