Welcome to Little Sprouts Playhouse. By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing memberships, or visiting our facility, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Use

Little Sprouts Playhouse provides indoor play experiences, memberships, birthday parties, events, and related services for families with young children.

By using our website or services, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.

2. Children & Supervision

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while visiting Little Sprouts Playhouse.

Little Sprouts Playhouse is not a drop-off childcare facility unless explicitly stated for a specific event or program.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s behavior and safety while using the facility.

3. Assumption of Risk

Indoor playground and play-based activities involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and other accidental injuries.

By participating in activities at Little Sprouts Playhouse, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Participation may also require completion of a separate liability waiver.

4. Memberships

Memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Membership pricing, benefits, and operating hours may change at any time.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered family members associated with the account.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.

5. Bookings, Events & Birthday Parties

Party deposits and event bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Little Sprouts Playhouse reserves the right to modify event details, character appearances, activities, or schedules when necessary.

Final guest counts, food selections, and add-ons may require advance confirmation prior to the event date.

6. Food, Allergies & Outside Items

Families are responsible for informing guests of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

While we strive to maintain a clean environment, Little Sprouts Playhouse cannot guarantee an allergen-free facility.

Outside food or decorations may be restricted for certain events or party packages unless otherwise approved.

7. Photography & Social Media

Little Sprouts Playhouse may occasionally photograph or record portions of events, activities, or play sessions for promotional purposes.

If you prefer that your child or family not appear in promotional materials, please notify staff in writing.

Customers may not use Little Sprouts Playhouse branding, logos, or images for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Website Information

We strive to keep all pricing, hours, and event information accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.

Little Sprouts Playhouse reserves the right to correct pricing, scheduling, or website errors at any time without prior notice.
